LCN: The beautiful Rosa Acosta. Welcome to Le Creme Nation. How are you?
Rosa Acosta: Im doing great! Thanks
LCN: When Le Creme Nation interviews you Rosa, you have to come 100. Are you ready?
Rosa Acosta: I was born ready
LCN: Just for the people here who maybe unfamiliar with you let the people know who is Rosa Acosta.
Rosa Acosta: Well my name is Rosa Acosta, Im 26 years old, born and raise in
Dominican Republic. I danced in the Dominican National ballet and i
was also a dance teacher. I have been living in USA for 4 years now
and I am a model.
LCN: Here we featured the top results of the Urban Model
Awards o Le Creme Nation. You took home several awards, including Model Of The Year. How does it feel to be the first model to receive that honor; and were you surprised?
Rosa Acosta: I was really happy that they created this awards and I was honored to
be a part of it, I was also happy for all the other models/photographers/magazines etc nominated and winners.
LCN: When did you first dream of working the entertainment industry?
Rosa Acosta: I've always dreamed about it but not exactly modeling, like I said I was a ballet dancer/actress so I always knew I'll be in front of the camera... I just thought I'll have more clothes on [smiles]

LCN: Who inspired you to become a model?
Rosa Acosta: Nobody... this was just a casuality. Everything happen by casuality, I was not trying to be a model, I am a certified massage therapist and I was looking forward to get a job in a spa and one day open my own. I'm definitely NOT tall or skinny enough to be a runway model and I didn't grow up feeling hot ...
LCN: Wow, now that's interesting...
LCN: So you was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic and you moved to the
United States in 06. How was your transition and was it an easy one for you?
Rosa Acosta: The transition was great ! My mom and brother were living here already
so it was great for me to be with them again.
LCN: How was it working with artists such as Juelz Santana, Drake, Mario,
and Chris Brown?
Rosa Acosta: They are all very talented and it was definitely my pleasure to work with all of them.
Rosa on set of Chris Brown and Lil Wayne Transformers shoot
LCN: Where you hand picked specifically by the artist(s) or by the casting
directors like any other model?
Rosa Acosta: Mmmm Im not sure about that one.
LCN: So did you have any experiences with directors or celebrities coming
onto you?
Rosa Acosta: Not that I can remember
LCN: Would you consider dating a celebrity or have you?Rosa Acosta: I haven't dated a celebrity yet and I don't think you can choose who you will fall in love with... Personally I'm into older guys so all these young hot kids are just not my type.
LCN: In general, how has the industry been treating you? Do you feel like
you’re given the respect you deserve from the photographers, video
directors, crew and whomever else?
Rosa Acosta: I cant complaint at all
LCN: I recently peeped some of your behind the scenes footage of your shoot
with JM Magazine. The shoot looked great and the concept was hot... But you
turned it up a notch you and the two cubes. Did your stock go up a little
higher after that pose?
Rosa Acosta: You know being flexible is one of the things people love the most about me so I have to keep my fans happy !
LCN: How often do you work out to stay fit and might I say, stay flexible in
order to go hard in your shoots?
Rosa Acosta: I workout about 5 times a week
LCN: That's def what's up. Workout warrior !
LCN: So, what do you feel is the most sexiest part about your body?
Rosa Acosta: My lips and my legs
LCN: What do you feel is the most sexiest part of your personality?
Rosa Acosta: My sense of humor
LCN: What is the wildest thing a man has ever done for you?
Rosa Acosta: I still waiting ...
LCN: What is the wildest thing a female fan has ever said to you?
Rosa Acosta: Whoa! Mmmm I'm just gonna say girls LOVE Rosa :)
LCN: (Laughs)
LCN: Would you consider acting or doing reality TV?
Rosa Acosta: I'm working on some acting proyects and reality TV is fine but im working on a life and style show for a Spanish network.
LCN: Knowing that you are from Dominican Republic, are you a huge baseball
or soccer fan? Did you follow the World Cup like many sports fans this year?
Rosa Acosta: Nah, I'm not really good at sports BUT I do love BOXING!
LCN: Unlike some models, you went with a more natural look by cutting your hair. I personally think it's sexy but what kind of feedback have you got about the look?
Rosa Acosta: Hahaha Thanks! Unfortunately I deal with a hair loss problem and that was the reason I cut my hair, I still on treatment doing much better. I got all type of feedback some people hate it some people love it, I accept it, hair doesn't define me or makes me happier. People who really loves me loves me for who I am not how I look.
LCN: Did you take part in the BET Awards this year? If so, how was your
experience?
Rosa Acosta: Yes I was there with my friend DJ prostyle who is also Dominican like me. I had a great time and enjoyed all of the performances.
LCN: What upcoming projects do you have in development for 2010?
Rosa Acosta: Some acting proyects including Los Blancos- you can check a trailer on my website. Spanish TV show, lots of magazines covers , music vides etc.
LCN: Before we go, just through recent conversation you obviously have the
beauty and brains. What advice would you give anyone who's interested in
stepping into the entertainment industry?
Rosa Acosta: Work with professionals in the industry, dont relay on just your beauty, work on your talents and study. don't take the easy way, work hard.
LCN: How can your fans follow and continue their support for Rosa Acosta?
Rosa Acosta: You can find me at www.rosaacosta.com and twitter.com/rosaacosta
LCN: Thanks for choppin it up with Le Creme Nation and supporting Le Creme
Ent. Much love to you and we wish you the best and continued success.
